Hello, please help! Pack stood at 13 January and pops the status of the package is the "2017-01-13 15:03 Leaving 佛山 city Post Office parcel 集 邮局, the next stop 南海" and on the order page pops up that status "Seller marked shipped, but the post office has not yet processed the parcel "my tracking number RS367845299CN this and what do I do now ??

RS367845299CN has been received by china post on Jan 13, no need worry. now china post is busy processing Xmas delayed parcels, your parcel should arrive in this month.

your parcel was just shipped. wait about one or two weeks then track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php , it will show USA location then. no need worry at this moment.

Please help!! Tracking number LT690279295CN has not updated since January 6, it has never taken this long and I have received other orders since then. Can you please tell me where this is or what's going on?
