it says 临安Post Office 投递组 attempt delivery on my tracking, does this mean they will attempt delivery or delivery has been attempted? The office as open and staff were there so if they have attempted then it should have been delivered but i haven't received.

RU819539774GB is being delivered by China Post 临安 Post Office. If you can not get it today, you need contact that post office and see what is wrong with the parcel or call china post hot line 11185 for help.

What time should I give till for it to be posted. It has been out for delivery since 11.05am it is not 4.23 pm

It now says attempt delivery twice in my tracking once at 11.05 am and once at 5pm could you tell me what is going on. It was meant to be delivered in the 26th July
