RI175753347CN arrived Johannesburg,South Africa on Jan 6. you should get it this week. If not you have to contact South Africa Post Office who is responsible for delivery.

RD111457252CN is fake number. seller never shipped the goods.

Hi, can you please send me a status update regarding my parcel: RF003084163CN, shipped on 21 December 2014. Destination is Romania.
I would like to know where the parcel is now. I've tried to track it but it seems that it's still in Shenzen China, it was returned to its initial location after few days in Beijing. The last status I can see is "Shenzhen international, Romania-RO exports total package split mutual fengkai, Opening" unchanged from the 2nd of January 2015.

Hello, my item is a bottom laptop cover made from aluminium, is not something from the forbidden item list. So I don't understand the reason to retain so much time the package in the custom. Thank you!

RF003084163CN was actually rejected by Beijing airport and returned to Shenzhen. You have to open dispute and claim refund asap.

if your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute. otherwise keep waiting, it should arrive by early Feb.

Hi, I need some help. I've been trying to contact china post for a long time but there's no answer. The problem is that I sent a package with tracking no. RP456002621MX from Mexico to Shenzhen, China, but it was an unsuccessful delivery since 23/07/2014 and I haven't received the package back. What can I do to get the package back to me?
