I have a package being shipped from China to the Philippines. The tracking info says that there was a failed delivery attempt of my package on Aug 25:

Is there any way to get more details on this failed delivery attempt? Delivery isn't door to door here, rather the package is brought to the local post office, then the post office should send me a notice and I will pick the package up from there. I don't understand how a failed delivery attempt could have happened since the post office should have been open to receive the package.

If ever door to door delivery was attempted I'm sure that there was someone at our house to receive the package too. Thanks
