06402821092 is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china pot ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach your country.

It will still take a month or 2 to get to the Philippines?

4 to 8 weeks arrival time is average. Philippines might be one or two weeks faster than average .
