Hi, my parcel with TN :
RH902477407CN sent since 26 April
RH901056116CN sent since 12 April

From Shanghai to Indonesia
All still departure with no updates until today. Could it be fault of sender or my parcel is lost?

parcel to Indonesia normally should arrive in 30 days. you should open dispute for lost parcel.
