Hi, my parcel shows no movement since 16 November. Could you please provide more information about RS321220739CN? Is it normal or should I begin to worry? Thank you very much.

Thank you. Normally i would see "flight depart" after "export customs" phase. This time the status has not been updated since that was why i got worried. The orders which were placed on 11.11 unfortunately are sharing the same destiny:(
