Hi, my tracking number is RS307882436CN and hasn't update for 12 days, the last updated was

2016-11-09 19:04:17.0 Shantou post parcel center received
2016-11-09 19:46:10.0 Shantou city post parcel center customs scan
2016-11-09 21:53:26.0 leaving Shantou city post parcel center ，next station Shantou center
2016-11-10 09:18:46.0 Shantou Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-10 11:12:12.0 Shantou Transit Station export customs cleared

Since parcel sent to Thailand shouldn't take that long, i would like to know what's going on here.

1. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Thailand. I don't think there is a direct flight from Shantou to Thailand. So the parcel has to go to an Airport that has a flight to Thailand. That might be the reason your parcel is taking a bit longer time to arrive.

2. I also found this tracking:

1. Import Customs scan means this:

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?

2. Maybe the parcel got refuse entry in Thailand, you should contact seller as soon as possible and provide him with the tracking that you got. He should be able to call China Post to find out what was wrong with your parcel.
