Is there any way of finding out if my package (RS296383239CN) has left Guangzhou or not?

1. Because there is no flight number the answer is no.

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Pakistan. May I suggest your read this for your country:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

3. Now it will be up to Pakistan Post to scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just keep tracking your parcel on the Pakistan Post site for any new movement.
