Hi my name adit from indonesia. I've order on aliexpress with tracking number RS574879024CN. But still no update from 26 -4-2017. Where is my packet? There is problem from china post or other? Please helpme. Thank you. I will wait your info.

RS574879024CN should be outside china now. If you can not get it by end of May, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

my parcel now is 12 day RS613993394CN he is not arrive in indonesia country. have problem in china??

wait 2 more weeks. The parcel should be delayed. If parcel does not arrive , open dispute.

Maybe lost in transit. Or maybe mis-sorted to other country by mistake. Just claim your refund if it doesnt arrive.
