Post My package stuck at customs

My package stuck since 5 days at the customs in My Country.
Tracking No: RM188638671IN
Is it really at the costums already?
Could I pick it up there?
And how can I find out where this costum is?
I need this package or rather the medicine which is inside next week...very badly. The sender told me it will arrive after 2-3 weeks.
I tracked it regularly but since first of september it stuck at the costums in my country and in my city apparently.
Should I wait or do smth and if do what and where can I do?
Hope for very quick reply

Yes I called this customs a few days ago and they told me they dont have any packages in hand....to find out where exactly my package is Im supposed to contact the airline or the carrier. Thats the reason why I wrote here in this forum. So do you think its still in progress and I just should wait? Is it common that it takes so long although its almost here?
Well Myanmar is not infamous for its fast progress.

1. To my understanding the parcel is in Myanmar Customs Office and if you say that they are not fast, it might be the reason the parcel is still there. I did not see any movement on your parcel that I'm tracking here:

2. Other then wait for the parcel to go through Customs, there is nothing you can do for now. Sorry about that.
