Hi,

I think my parcel is at the Emirates Post Office, UAE. However I don't know how to go about collecting it. Kindly confirm and advise.

My tracking number is RS425831067CN

your parcel is in UAE post Al Barsha Post Office. You should go to that post office and pickup your parcel asap.
