Hi. First time buyer in Korea. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and expected it to be in Korea by now. Korea is so close why package still in China???

11/13 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

11/17 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

How can it leave Shanghai two times? Why isn't it in Korea yet? When will i receive?

1. Your parcel tried to depart on the 13 Nov but there was no room for the mail bag on the aircraft. Then it tried again on the 17 Nov.

2. To make sure that the parcel/mail bag made it out of China you will need to track your parcel and if you don't see any tracking for the next 5 to 10 days, then there is a good chance that the parcel is out of China.

Now it says it is "Shanghai Shipping". What does that mean? Has it left the country yet?

2016-11-18 11:35:00.0 Shanghai departure
