the parcel is not controlled by china post. it is in the hand of India Post. contact them and ask the delivery schedule.

RH183097360CN was shipped on April 20. It seems to be stuck in China customs and has not been released. If you buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute.

My parcel is stuck at Kolkata Airport Sorting Office since 22 April. I am in Gurgaon currently. I need the parcel urgently as I am shifting places in 3 weeks. Whom should I contact to quicken the process?

I called India Post. They said that the post has not yet reached India.
