Below are my shipment tracking details:
RI597637468CN
RI619842579CN
RG211955980CN
RI601282216CN
RM632246735CN

All these products are showing statuses of being shipped from Beijing to Kolkata. But no progress after that. I tried contacting Kolkata Air Foreign Post Office through various number but to no avail. Can you throw some light on this ? Do they usually take so much time? I am from Chennai and cant make a visit to Kolkata immediately. So request you to help me resolve this issue.

2015-07-14 08:01
China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Has the parcel left China and still to be registered in the Kolkata Airport Sorting Office ? What can be the exact location of my parcel at the moment ?

YOUR PRODUCT HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED INDIA , IT IS SOMEWHERE NEAR HONG KONG OR SINGAPORE , IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS DELAY IS HAPPENING PLEASE REFER TO THIS LINK http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669.

ACTUALLY IT TAKES 3 TO 5 WEEKS OR SOMETIMES MORE TO REACH THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ONCE IT LEAVES CHINA AIRPORT AND THE REASON FOR THE SAME IS IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED LINK.

ONCE IT REACHES INDIA THE DESTINATION NAME WILL CHANGE TO SOME INDIAN CITY.

TILL THEN HAVE PATIENCE , ACCORDING TO MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE ONE OF ITEM REACHED ME AFTER 55 DAYS . EVEN ONE MORE ITEM OF MINE WITH TRACKING ID RK271150264CN TOOK MORE THAN 5 WEEKS TO REACH INDIA , TRACK THIS AND U WILL BE ABLE TO NOTICE HOW MUCH TIME IT TOOK

ONE OF MY PRODUCTS HAS REACHED INDIA BUT IS WITH THE CUSTOMS COMMISIONER FOR THE PAST 8 DAYS , ACCORDING TO ME THE CUSTOMS HAS CLEARED MY ITEMS WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS IN MY PREVIOUS CASES BUT WHY THERE IS A DELAY THIS TIME , THE TRACKING ID IS RI591032171CN,

DO YOU HAVE ANY CONTACT NUMBER AVAILABLE WITH YOU THROUGH WHICH I CAN DIRECTLY CONTACT THE CUSTOMS . PLEASE HELP , THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THEY ARE DELAYING , GENERALLY ALL MY PRODUCTS ARE OF SMALL PACKAGE .

i called up on Kolkata office and they said they did not receive the parcel yet. Could you please let me know what's happening with my parcel. Its been stuck with above status since 15 days.

the parcel has not arrived India yet. Once it arrives India, the status will shows India location.

My order id = RU000404950CN
and according to IPS Web status it is stuck at KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE from more than 10-15 days.

May i know the reason for the delay? When can i expect the delivery?
