Only for kolkata city users--------

Contact foreign post office in dalhousie, near high court.

they have a customs department there , i have gone to that building , they check the items and then they send that to india post office.

But they always ask some money for that.....you know how customs department in india works.

Contact them you will surely get the parcel faster.

Go to dalhousie ask anybody high court then ask for foreign post office , go to first floor of the building.

Sometimes you might get wrong no or something do not worry try for sometime you will get it.

Ask them by giving your tracking no , they will help you to sort out status of your parcel, but still they also sometimes neglect the phone calls , then go to the dalhousie office you will get your parcel for sure.

The ground floor of the bulding is storehouse of all parcels coming from abroad countries.

I called them, and they said we don't deal with tracking at this office. Please contact Kolkata Air Foreign Post Office.

What to do ?

They just lie always - do not want to do any work----------

go to the office as i have told you--

Hello... I have a parcel from china post, but i am not able to make out the status of the parcel, whether it has been shipped to INdia and is stuck in KOlkata...can someone please help me.the details are as below:
