My epacket package LX446465837CN is giving me the same tracking result ‘Leaving parcel center Guangzhou’ repeatedly every two days. Whats going on with this package? Is this normal?

not normal. it should have some problem in customs. wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get it , open dispute to seller for refund.
