I have purchased some items from the aliexpress.com from the same recently and the tracking number shown for these items is RS698006134CN and yesterday as I checked the status of this parcel it is showing delivered where as I did not receive it and also the complete tracking seems that the package was going to another state and city i.e the parcel was supposed to be send to kathgodam Uttarakhand, where as it was delivered to someone in Gurgaon Haryana which is completely another city and state.
Kindly help me what should I do now the seller is not replying to my messages and on my aliexpress.com my order page it is showing delivered when clearly I did not receive the parcel.

Actually after I placed the order from seller, I personally asked him/her to send my items using China post registered mail and he said that surely we would send the product using China post but I think he/she confused my order with someone else because later he/she messaged me that he/she has send my order using KWT56 courier with tracking number KWTBS7050347501YQ,KWTBS7050356276YQ and I don't know what seller did but on my order page it is showing the China post registered mail tracking number instead of this tracking numbers KWTBS7050347501YQ and to make matters worse it is delivered to someone else yesterday on 12/07/2017. I don't know what to do because the seller was honest in giving me tracking numbers but made this huge mistake of giving the wrong tracking number to aliexpress.com to show on my order page. I talked to the customer care and they told me to open a dispute on 19th July. And still seller has not replied to any of my messages that I send him/her regarding this issue.
