my packet was sent on 1 november, a week has passed and still no information or status about my packet
my tracking number is RK279523347CN

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. It can take China Post up to 10 days for a parcel to be register into the system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then you need to contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
