Hi,
I have ordered a parcel from aliexpress.com and the seller has sent my parcel through aliexpress standard shipping instead of china post which is mentioned on their shipping method. When i asked him why didnt he send it via china post then he said aliexpress standard shipping is faster than china post. He gave me the tracking number "25001471125G" and it is showing from "departure from warehouse". I would like to know how is the service of aliexpress standard shipping, is it faster than china post?

same here instead of registered mail they sent it via standard shipping

FWIW, from the link below, it sounds like "Aliexpress Standard Shipping" means sellers send orders to some Aliexpress Shipping Warehouse, and from there Aliexpress sends them on to the destination countries. By what means isn't clear; it's possible that some items will be held back until shipments to that country fill a mailbag or a shipping pallet, so they can be forwarded on in bulk.

I got my parcel from aliexpress on the on 47-48 days. Order was placed on 31.08.2015 and got it last week.

@amarjit_singh thanks for reply, were your status updated after it left from China? My parcel left on 29th September, since then there is no update. May I know your tracking number, actually I want to see the tracking details format of aliexpress standard shipping? Kindly reply.

while placing order the details stated on the listing was that the parcel will be sent by china registered airmail post but once I placed the order they shipped it via seller shipping method. tracking no. was last updated on 03-09-2015 and no more update after that.

you said earlier that the seller used aliexpress standard shipping and now you have mentioned that the seller shipped via seller shipping method. Kindly let me know whether your parcel has come from aliexpress standard shipping or seller shipping method. Kindly please reply.
