Hello, I bought my package on 27 November 2015 and that has not yet reached Colombia, how much longer does it take to get there? The item number is RL152335869CN, please help me

salve omnes, me nomen est Matthew et habeo iussim sarcinam. And I orded it on the 31st of december and it still hasn't reached Texas.
The number is 110-5629376-3133052. HELP!

Hello - I am looking for advice regarding a package I ordered from China, destined for New York, USA. Buyer received my payment on December 22, 2015 and my tracking info has not changed since January 19 where it has sat at Customs Clearance for 30 days. The seller has been no help, only telling me to be patient! Should I open a dispute for a refund with my credit card company? I don't want to lose my money because I have waited too long. The tracking number is LS411375827CN.

Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you

normally parcel should arrive Colombia in 40 days. If not, it is very likely to be lost.

open dispute aliexpress, it should be lost.
