now is rush season, shipping to Colombia from china might take up to 50 days. you need wait another one or two weeks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel stuck in Hangzhou since Dec 7. Normally it should go to Shanghai or Beijing by Dec 15. Based on my previous experience, the parcel might have problem to pass safety scan or customs scan.

Wait one more week and see if the parcel can leave Hangzhou, if not, you should open dispute to ebay/aliepxress for lost parcel.

and it stops here,what should I do? when do I recieve my package?
