Hi, I'm trying to track my package and it states unsuccessful delivery with the following: Your item was not delivred successfully(FEDERATIVE REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL BRBRSP649) at 2018-03-05 15:41:00
Reasons for unsuccessful delivery：46

The tracking number is EV866921868CN

Can you help me, please?

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php?code=EV866921868CN shows "Unsuccessful delivery: Does not meet Customs requirements/Item returned to sender". Either the item is something that can't be imported to Brazil, or it was rejected for not having your CPF/CPNJ number marked on it.

It's not possible to get your parcel any more. You should open a dispute with your seller and see if you can get your money back.
