Dear, I need your help with the order RB260036570CN (AliExpress Order Number: 60295742102826), as reported by the seller, was sent on 24/10, but to date, to perform tracking information is not shipping, please need me report if correct, or should I make a claim to the seller.

Estimados, necesito su ayuda con el pedido RB260036570CN (aliexpress Order Number: 60295742102826) , pues según informa el vendedor, fue enviado el día 24/10, pero a la fecha al realizar el rastreo no se ve información del envío, por favor necesitaría me informen si es correcto, o debo realizar un reclamo al vendedor.

RB260036570CN has not been received by China Post yet. if you just got this tracking number within 72 hours, then please wait some more hours and track it again in following page: http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, China Post needs about 2 days to update the information. Otherwise please ask your shipper to refund you money as the tracking number is fake.
