http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Beijing on Dec 4, then it was returned to Germany on Dec 5. I am not sure what is the problem. Maybe you wrote wrong address in the parcel.

The seller of the product maybe wrote it wrong. It was suppose to be delivered in Chile. Thanks you very much for the information. Have a nice holiday.
