Buy a product at Aliexpress.com the 13/09/2013 and still have not received anything. The seller tells me that the product has been returned to China to contain electrical parts.
Can anyone help me solve this problem, you should ask me to forward the product?

you have no other choice but to ask seller to refund you money. Airlines are very strict to parcels which has battery and chemical stuff inside. If your goods contains those item, you will never get them.

Does this restriction is only for China Post Air Mail or shipping all means available?
If the product is shipped by Singapore Post will be blocked?
