the parcel 06818453224 and RY745106875CN are on the way to Peru. You need wait 30 to 90 days to get them in Peru.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows 06818453224 only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet.

you need open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
