Hello, what happens to my package?

Tracking Number: RN121478235MY

I've waited over two months for this package and still not arrives and when I check the tracking information I marked as "INTERNATIONAL OFFICE SHIPPED TO SHIPPING destination country". It was submitted on February 1 and since that time has passed the tracking information is not updated and maintained in which I put above. I would be very grateful if you help me.

RN121478235MY is Malaysia Post parcel which is very slow and has very high lost rate. I suggest you open dispute to seller if you can not get it in 60 days.

By the way I also two requests from the same seller both one day apart, the two are in the same status. I guess that gives more chance of that is actually in normal traffic.
