Hello, this is the second post that i made.

I have the order RY514043336CN, is in the same status since 10/22, more than a month, and still in china. When i track this order trough CAINIAO it says "[Suzhou] Suzhou [] has been sealing Exchange Bureau"

Is any problem with the package? i have to open a dispute? The only that i need is to know where is my order and if it's gonna arrive to Argentina.

Can i know if the package is in airplane or boat? to know the time...

RY514043336CN should ok. now is rush season. parcel from china to Argentina might take 4 to 8 weeks. You need some patient.

Yes, but this order was made on october 22. I made others orders after that and are in Argentina.
Can i know if the order travel via Air or Sea?

Ok, but it is possible that since more than 1 month don't get any uptade? I Mean, i don't know what to think, i don't know if i have to open disupute or not with the seller.

Over one month without any update is common.If you buyer protection is expiring, open dispute.
