1. After tracking your parcel number: RO228063933CN on 3 different sites, this is what I get:
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender.
2. You should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mailed your parcel through China Post.
3. Please don't forget sometimes seller give you a number but parcel are not into the mailing system. Depending on which site you bought your article, seller are presser by the site to send parcel as soon as possible. But sometimes seller don't have the article on hand and has to come from a different place. But they still give you a tracking number for your parcel.
4. If your feel that the seller is not honest then open a dispute.

2. I suspect your parcel left on the 30 March for USA. I suspect your parcel did not pass USA Customs or something else. Your parcel was return to China arriving in Beijing on the 26 April.
3. Your parcel got a Chinese Import Custom scan on the 26 April, was clear by Customs and is continuing is way to the sender of the parcel.
4. You should contact your seller and tell him about your parcel, both of you should come to some sort of an arrangement.
5. When you contact your seller please give him the full tracking above.
