Hi, my shipment RS777409674CN is stuck since 15 August, 2017 it says " Guangzhou, shipment". Can you please confirm the current status? and whether I can receive the shipment.

RS777409674CN is on the way to Chile. from china to Chile might take 4 to 8 weeks, please be patient.
