Hi.
Could you please help me know the status of a shipment that I made from Xiamen to Chile last year and it never arrived to destination. The ID Tack is CP328934709CN and this is the last status that appears in the Tracking

CP328934709CN was shipped more than half year ago. Even if it is a surface mail which goes through sea, it should have arrived Chile. Your parcel has 90% chance to be lost.
