4 months have past and i didnt get the packages. Can you check where are they please? The tracking numbers are RB323266146CN and RB323266013CN. Thank you

RB323266146CN and RB323266013CN were shipped in July. It should arrive Israel long time ago. However ,China Post database shows they are still in Beijing. It is NOT normal. Usually this means the parcels are lost or have problem to pass security check.
