Post Singapore tracking is stuck ..

Hello
I ordered earphones on 6 September 2016 and i didnt recieve them until now . Tracking is stuck on
2016.09.14 11:16 (GMT-7): Preparing to Dispatch (Country: XX) - for OM PLUS only
And tracking number is : S000001656379
The seller said the purchase was without tracking but last time he checked the parcel is in Israel. I dont know where is it and i talked with the postal center and they said they dont know where is it. Help me to find it or should i just oped a dispute.

2. There is no arrival statement about your parcel. You might want to open a dispute if you can.

Ok thank you very much and one more thing
My other parcel is stuck on the status
2016-11-25 05:42 Beijing, from Beijing to Tel Aviv (transfer)

I have been wondering where is my parcel beacuse i never had this case where my tracking info is stuck on the same status for more then a week ..Please if you can check where is my parcel

1. The tracking is good and I have the same thing as you. Either the parcel made some Hop going to Israel or the Israel Post did not manage to scan your parcel yet because of to much work.

2. You need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on the Israel Post for any new movement. This time of year every Post Office in the World are very busy because of the holiday season.
