geekbuying send my package in 28/9/2015 with the tracking number RC910316375NL which is the tracking number for NL Post. I know that it should get there from china with the china airmail service but i can't find any information about my parcel exept that NL post had been alerted that they should get the package but according to the the package didn't leave china yet!(i talked with them today). customer support in geekbuying told me that due to holidays the airmail is not working and will be back in monday (is this true?), but i have another package (RI658453615CN) that had been sent from deal extreme on the same day and i get updates (already 4 updates) all the time? what should i do? is there a better way to check where is my parcel exept with the nl post tracking service?

Usually if someone from China is using a postal service other than China Post, you have to wait until the item arrives in that other country before you'll start seeing tracking updates. I think in the case of PostNL, the item usually arrives in Amsterdam in 1-2 weeks. From there it'll make its way to Israel.
