Hello. Track # LZ326702494CN. Package status not updated for 20 days. Last state was

2018-05-09 20:45:00 Guangdong EMS international business branch 黄埔揽投站collected (collector::陈少伟,Phone :00000000000)
2018-05-10 22:06:17 left Guangzhou going to Moscow
2018-05-10 22:06:17 left Guangzhou going to Guangzhou EMS Corp

Please tell me what does it mean? It going to Moscow or it going to Guangzhou EMS Corp?

LZ326702494CN is a little bit delayed than average but it is still in normal time frame. please wait one or two more weeks.

Thank you. Is it normal that my package goes to two places?:) To Moscow and Guangzhou EMS Corp?

LZ326702494CN is waiting for flight space from Guangzhou to Moscow. It is still in Guangzhou. has not arrived Moscow yet.

Hello. My parcel still is not moving. I think it is abnormal. Could you tell me what should i do in this situation?

YES. the parcel should have problem. normally it won't take so long time to reach Russian receiver.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
