RB186032385CN can not be found in China Post database, generally it is caused by following 3 reasons:
1)the parcel is your shipper's warehouse and has not sent to China Post yet.

2)The parcel just arrived China Post office waiting to be scanned into database. China Post generally need about 24 hours to update the parcel information.

3)The tracking number is fake or wrong.

in your case, your tracking number does not show up after 2 weeks, it should be the reason 3): your shipper gives you fake number.

RB342329334CN just passed export scan and has been sent to airline warehouse waiting for next available space to West Africa. Please be patient and the parcel should reach you within 2 to 5 weeks.

RB807777564CN just received by China Post, waiting for export scan.
