Hi
Wonder if you could explain some of the terminology used by tracking sites.
I am trying to track parcel no RS710938096CN.
What I find is this:
10.07.2017 09:15 Flight depart Guangzhou Terminal (51000061)
10.07.2017 09:48 Flight depart Guangzhou Terminal (51000061)
11.07.2017 12:51 Flight depart Guangzhou Terminal (51000061)
11.07.2017 12:52 Flight depart Guangzhou Terminal (51000061)
11.07.2017 12:53 Flight depart Guangzhou Terminal (51000061)
14.07.2017 16:13 Flight depart Guangzhou Terminal (51000061)
14.07.2017 16:16 Flight depart Guangzhou Terminal (51000061)

So, in theory my parcel has left China 7 times. Which one is real?

Parcel status looping in some stage is a bad sign. Normally this means your parcel should have some problem in Guangzhou. I suggest you wait 2 weeks and see what happens, if its status is still same. Open dispute for non-arrival parcel refund.
