http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ548448635CN shows your parcel arrived Germany Post(DHL) processing center on Jul 13. Not sure why it has not been delivered by Germany Post.

You need contact your local post office for delivery detail. If they can not find the parcel, it should be lost. You need contact shipper for compensation.
