Hi,

I am sending a parcel through Post NL and China post.

Could you please check for me whether the receiver contacted customs?

They claim that they have already provided the needed documentation.

Tracking number: CC073294019NL

Is it going to be delivered soon? It has been more than a month now..

CC073294019NL arrived Guangzhou customs on Jun 11. But it never left there. Normally this means the parcel has customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 to arrange pickup. Some duty might need to be paid.

it might be lost. If you have insurance with Netherlands Post, you can file claim to get compensation.
