Hi I couldn't track my packages and I got an email from the seller on 29th August 2019 saying my package has been shipped and a my china tracking post number is UT170574879CN

When I tracked this number, it shows no shipping record. Could you please let me know what the problem is?

UT170574879CN was shipped on Aug 31.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
