Hello.. I have a package I mailed back to a seller because of defective prduce ..mailed 3/11/14 .. that no one can seem to tell me where it is.. tracking only says transporting... it has said that since 3/15/14.. no one will help me with this.. ebay will not refund my money from the seller because it doesn't show as delivered.. what do I do????

I have a loop on Dispatching... for more than a month. Will the parcel be delivered or just lost ?

it should be delayed in shanghai.If no battery inside, then just wait one or two more weeks.

This is the thing I don't understand?Why can they just turn it over to another carrier that handle packages that will ship goods that has batterys in it.Then making you wait over a month don't give you an email or something telling you why?????this item is on delay. If china custom already Export Security Scan so what's the hold up???Things can be so simple & easy,if they run things smoothly>>?

if your parcel has battery item and was detected by customs officer, it will be rejected or even destroyed. your seller should not use regular airmail to ship the battery item. you should open dispute and claim refund.

My parcel is about more than 1 month that wasnt arrived to my country.

Its just a Htc headphone.
Really donno what do you do there?
Im sure you will blame Airline but I cant accept because the Post sector wherever it is, is directly under surveillance of Post office.

I hope at least I recieve it even after another month.

Finally i have receive my package that i bought from the site :
for goods : 2 pcs samsung 42" , 2 pcs samsung mobile phone, 1 pcs canon camera,
5pcs xbox, 3 pcs laptop.

and guess what i have got from this seller ???????????

i thought China is rich country, in the fact poor country.....why ?
the people's of china still need the money as charty.......sorry. it's fact.....it's crime
the government can't punish this site, the china government have no ability to track and close
this crime site. poor technology.

you can open a not-as-discribed dispute to paypal and try to get refund. In future, you should avoid buy from those small websites which full of spammers. Buy from big marketplace such as ebay, aliexpress, amazon , they have buyer protection policy to prevent those cheater outside the marketplace.
