3. The above parcel is what is call E Packet:
This is China Post ePacket parcel. It is almost as faster as EMS and only a little bit more expensive than airmail.
However, ePacket service is only available to limited countries such as USA, Canada, Australia,UK etc.

4. In normal condition E Packet can take 3 weeks to be deliver but right now it's not normal condition because of the Holiday Season.

5. Because China Post EMS is down I can not give you more info on your parcel. You should contact seller and ask him to verify with China Post EMS 11183. I suspect your parcel is still in China but I might be wrong.
