Hi. I’ve been trying to reach someone regarding my parcel. It says it’s been delivered, but I haven’t received anything. The seller isn’t answering me as well. My receipt from the seller has the right shipping address but I don’t see it anywhere on the tracking or delivery end. Could you please tell me what address you guys delivered it to and what city it ended up in. The tracking number is AS812231953CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS812231953CN shows the parcel was delivered on Mar 2nd. If you haven't got the parcel, you are very likely to be scammed.

Many users have reported scams related to such A***CN parcel.

Such A**CN is called China Post direct mail which does not have detailed delivery information. So you can't know who and where the parcel is delivered to. Many cheaters take advantage of this.

A typical of such online shipping scam is that the cheater sells an expensive product to you online, but shipped some junk to a wrong address in your country. The only reason is that he want the A**CN tracking number to cheat your money.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, actually you need to open dispute for refund. If seller has got similar complains from other buyer, paypal will issue you refund and block this seller's account.

Well from Feb.17-24 on 17TRACK it showed the status for the package was “PICK UP” do you know why it would say that and then change on the 28 and again March 2 to “DELIVERED”.
Could it be that it is maybe sitting at a pick up location somewhere or post office and just doesn’t have any contact information with it or something? Can you at the very least please tell me what city it was delivered to please? You must have some information on it that you can provide to me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS812231953CN shows the parcel was delivered in Canada on Mar 2nd. Unfortunately such A***CN has no destination detail, not even city and province name.

As you mentioned that you have never received anything. We strongly believe that the seller sold some expensive item to you but delivered some cheap junk to a wrong address in Canada. He need a tracking delivery status to get money from credit card company. This is a typical online scam reported by many users.

Please call your bank and report fraud before it is too late.
