Tracking # is RI848101654CN

According to China Post tracking, export customs was completed on 3/16/16... So, does that mean it's currently in transit to the US?
Another question,
When will tracking be available from the USPS website? the estimated arrival time is 16 days to my country. Ive been trying to track my parcel every day on USPS and it is still unavailable.

1)http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows average arrival time to USA is 16 days, so if everything is normal, you should get the goods around early April. However, if you are not lucky, max time is 2 months, which means your might get it in May.

2)USPS does not scan parcel from China since Oct 2015. So you can not track the parcel in USPS website.

So theres no way to track my package once it leaves China?
