Which one would you recommend?

Which was is faster and safer?

OR it actually does not matter? Both would arrive at same time.

One thing to watch our for: USPS Priority Mail is not tracked inside China; you need to use USPS Priority Mail Express for that (tracking number starting with "E"). It's a subtle but very important difference!
