Hi,
i shipped package to china but since aug 15 no update... has it been delivered yet. its been like 10 days since last scan.

CF217714810US arrived Guangzhou on Aug 15. you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

But I need tracking to show as 'delivered' in status because I returned goods under filing a dispute.

I shipped this back under dispute I opened.I need it show as delivered or then I will lose the goods and money

It's also possible the receiver hasn't picked up the package. If it's not picked up after a few weeks, the post office will send it back to you, which is slow but usually shows up in tracking as well. If the receiver refuses to pick up the package and you can show that, that may be enough for you to resolve your dispute -- it is for some credit card companies, not sure about eBay/Aliexpress/etc.
