1. I would bet any amount of money it because of Customs, possibly they are scanning into their machine every parcels, trying to catch drug or illegal stuff coming to Canada. The delay are cause by them which in theory is a good thing for Canada but a bad thing for the ones receiving a parcel.

2. So honest citizen like you and many others are penalize because of that. Also It's the role of Canadian Customs to protect the Border of Canada. I will let you read a statement that I found here in the FAQ:
Customs & security delays:
Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.

With both Customs and security, if one item is suspicious, it may delay everything in the same dispatch.

3. The above statement goes for any country in the world.

2. I suspect your parcel departed Suzhou City for a bigger city possibly Shanghai to catch a flight to Canada.

3. Also please take into consideration that E Packet to Canada lately are taking 21 days from the time they depart from China to register into the Canada Post system when the parcel arrive in Vancouver Inbound Mail Warehouse.

4. Altogether your parcel has been on the road now for 26 days, very unusual so far. I suspect your parcel should show some movement this week on Canada Post site.

5. If your parcel does not show up by next Friday, then it might be time to consider to open a dispute with seller.

1. I meant the 21 Oct. Other thing also to consider, because Canada Post had lots of downtime because of upgrade lately, maybe your parcel was scan but did not register into the database. Since I don't know were you live in Canada, it might be on the road to you.

2. It's not my intention to get your hope high but that could be a possibility.

Hi, my package has been en route to Canada since Jan 1st which is also by Epacket. My previous epacket came in 2 weeks tops. I was wondering is there a way knowing is it in Canada yet?
