Hello,

My parcel RI826963326CN departed export customs on March 18 in Gaungzhou, but it has not moved since then. Is this normal? What could be delaying the parcel being sent to me in Canada?

it is normal. no need worry. shipping to Canada is slow these days. based on my experience, you should get it in later April.
