Post Tracking code not working

I had ordered something off of Amazon.com and the company that is shipping my item (which has terrific reviews) had said the parcel was shipped Feb. 2 2016. After waiting more than a month, the code still has no updates and I still have not received my item. The tracking code is LS544599428CN. Due to such reviews, I'm assuming the parcel was delayed because of CNY or either lost; though help will be greatly appreciated.

LS544599428CN is a fake number. seller never shipped anything to you. You should open dispute to amazon and claim refund.
